le creuset roasting pan...i love this pan...The weight, durability, and even- heat roasting in this pan are incredible. For whole chicken, I heat the pan first so the sides get the legs crispy.

Inverting the lid in the pan it is possible to stack other cast iron pots & pans on top....I actually had a le creuset braiser on my wedding registry, but removed it after I had the opportunity to get this braiser from Staub.
