Is this a new piece of All-Clad?

This is a genuine All-Clad pan made for Sur La Table. The body of the pan is exactly the same as a 4 quart D3 sauté pan, but rather than one long handle and a helper handle, this pan has 2 identical short handles. The cover is the same. It is odd that it is called a “casserole” pan, as it is better referred to as a sauteuse. Whatever is is called, it’s a real All-Clad. It’s not shown on All-Clad’s website, but I confirmed that it is real.
