Online FOCUS SERIES Global Cuisine: Paella (ET)

Transport your tastebuds to Spain in this Focus Series Global Cuisine class devoted to making a Classic Seafood Paella. Our chef instructor will teach you how to build and layer the flavors to make paella, starting with the sofrito to toasting your rice and layering with aromatics. While cooking, you'll hear about the history of the dish and how to source the best fresh seafood for flavorful results. By the end of class, you'll have a delicious meal, rich knowledge of the dish and some newfound kitchen skills.
