Take a culinary tour to the Far East and discover the variety of noodle dishes from Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia and Japan. Learn the differences between the types of Asian noodles and how to cook each one. Using authentic ingredients, you will create both hot and cold recipes that are packed with flavor and color.
