Use in place of vanilla or other extracts. When used sparingly, lavender extract will create a surprisingly delicate flavor with a clean finish to cakes, cookies, syrups, drinks, desserts or any bakery delights. Pairs nicely with vanilla, chocolate, citrus and honey-like flavors. Add a small amount of extract to flavor lemonade, tea, syrup, cake, brownies, frosting, fruit salad, ice cream, and sorbet.
