Does the pan work on induction cooktops?

NO. A magnet applied to the bottom of this roaster does NOT stick. It will not transfer heat to work on an induction cooktop (i.e. for making gravy). I am returning this roaster. It also has an uneven bottom - not completely flat. There is a channel all around the edge for fat to drain. Good for everything but smooth/glass top induction cooking. This is a disappointment. Nowhere in the company materials does it claim to be induction ready.
