Messermeister Avanta 2-Piece Damascus Carving Knife Set

A Damascus carving knife set is made for slicing cooked meats into neat portions, from holiday roasts to weeknight chicken. The carving fork helps stabilize the protein and makes it easier to serve clean slices to the plate.

The VG10 Damascus carving set includes an 8" carving knife and a 7" carving fork. Together, they’re designed to handle both carving and serving with more control than a knife alone.

VG10 Japanese stainless steel is used for its ability to take and hold a refined edge, which supports precise carving. In this Damascus carving knife set, the blade is rated at 62 Rockwell hardness for strong edge retention.

Full-tang construction and solid bolsters add stability through the handle and help the knife feel balanced as you slice. That steadier feel can make it easier to guide the blade through larger roasts with controlled, confident strokes.

Yes, the ambidextrous design is intended to feel natural in either hand. The Ebony Pakkawood handle is water-resistant and double-riveted, offering a secure, comfortable grip for carving at the board or tableside.
