Is the coating completely free of PFOA, PFAS and persistent pollutants as well as lead or cadmium, it only mentions PFOA in the description?

According to the company, there are no flourocarbons in the coating. My understanding is that the coating is metallic. Don't know about lead or cadmium, but I have been using it for years and am still in good health.
