All right, bakers: for making artisan bread/boule which size do you recommend- the 7.25 or the 5.5 qt? Also, pros/cons of the Le Creuset (white interior) vs Staub (black interior and the nibs on interior lid) for baking breads in a Dutch oven. Sigh. Decisions, decisions! I appreciate the advice!

Neither. Buy a lodge for bread and do not expose your enameled cookware to 550 degree heat for two hours. Part of the fun of having multiple enameled pots are the cool colors and I know from experience that high heat and a dry pot can screw it up. My $30 Lodge is just fine for bread.
