Sur La Table Turkey Lifters, Set of 2

Turkey lifters with stay-cool handles give you two secure points to lift and guide a hot turkey out of the roaster. The sturdy tines help hold the meat in place so you can transfer to a carving board with more control.

You get two turkey lifters. Using both together helps you lift and steady the turkey as you move it from pan to board.

Slide the tines into the turkey from opposite sides, then lift with both hands so the weight is balanced. Move slowly and set the turkey down on the carving board before removing the lifters.

Turkey lifters are also handy for lifting and moving other large roasts where you want a steadier hold. Use your best judgment for size and weight, and lift with both lifters for added control.

Cleaning and care details are not listed here, so follow the instructions that come with the turkey lifters. Once dry, store them together in a utensil drawer so they are easy to grab when you roast.
