Does anyone know the difference between Sur La Table Pro-Accurate Digital Thermometer and the Taylor Instant Read digital Thermometer and which one would you recommend?

I don't have all the specifications, so can't give a direct answer. what I will say is that after a lot of research and at least one failed thermometer, I purchased the Pro-Accurate Digital and absolutely love it. In my opinion, it's worth the extra few dollars.
