Zwilling Pro Santoku Knife, 7"

A Friodur ice-hardened high-carbon German stainless steel santoku knife is a great everyday choice for chopping, slicing and dicing. Reach for it to prep vegetables, slice fish and portion meat when you want a wide blade that feels controlled and efficient on the board.

On this forged santoku knife, the angled bolster is designed to encourage a secure pinch grip, which can help you feel more stable and precise while you cut. It also allows you to use the full length of the blade, and the optimized blade shape is designed to help reduce hand and wrist stress during longer prep.

The blade is made from Friodur ice-hardened high-carbon German stainless steel and is precision-forged from a single piece using Zwilling’s Sigmaforge process. It is laser-cut for optimal blade angles and polished by hand, with a stated hardness of 57 Rockwell.

Yes. The angled bolster is designed so the entire length of the blade can be sharpened from bolster to tip, rather than leaving an unsharpened section near the handle.

The Zwilling Pro santoku knife is made in Germany and comes with a lifetime warranty.
