Zwilling Pro Serrated Prep Knife, 5.5"

A serrated prep knife is designed for precise, everyday cutting tasks that feel too large for a paring knife. The 5.5" size gives you a little more blade to work with while still staying nimble for controlled prep.

The serrated prep knife features a unique bolster design that encourages a professional-style pinch grip. This grip style can help you feel more stable and in control as you work through detailed prep.

If you often find a paring knife a bit small for your everyday prep, a 5.5" prep knife gives you extra reach and coverage on the board. It’s a smart option for cooks who want precision with a little more blade length.

Yes. The bolster is designed to allow easy sharpening along the blade’s entire length, so you can access the full cutting edge. Use your preferred sharpening method and follow the sharpener maker’s instructions.

It’s a great fit for home cooks building an everyday knife lineup and for anyone who likes a smaller, easy-to-control knife that still handles more than close-in paring work. The bolster design is especially appealing if you want to try a pinch grip for a more secure hold.
