This classic syrup has floral notes and a thick, rich consistency that is delicious in vanilla bean lattes, cold brew coffee, smoothies, Greek yogurt, ice cream, icings or drizzled over waffles and pancakes. And once you’re done with the syrup, the vanilla bean can be used in your favorite recipe by simply scraping the pod and seeds into crème brûlée, pudding or cakes. Alternatively, you can dry the pod and put it into your sugar bowl to create vanilla bean sugar. Shake well before each use. No need to refrigerate.
