Southern cooking is rich in tradition and family memories. In this class, we put some delicious twists on time-tested Southern comfort foods. You’ll learn tricks to unlock the familiar flavors of classic Southern cuisines in exciting new dishes. Best of all, you won’t have to spend the entire day tending the smoker, so you’ll have plenty of time to share in great Southern cooking and create new family memories of your own.

Work side-by-side with other students to prepare each dish

Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student enjoys a generous taste of every dish
