The menu for this class is the perfect marriage of typical end of summer ingredients with traditional Spanish foods. We’ll show you how to host your very own tapas party highlighting the bounty of the season with small plates that are quick and easy to prepare. Our chef instructor will share tips and techniques for grilling you can use year-round in this wonderful introduction to Spanish cuisine.
