Sur La Table White Wine & Herb Pork Kebabs Seasoning Mix
The tastiest pork kebabs start with our seasoning mix. Simply combine the spices with oil, add the pork and let it marinade for 30 minutes. Skewer the meat with lemons, onions or any other fruits and veggies you like. Grill 6-7 minutes on each side (20-25 minutes total) or until pork is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Finish with salt to taste and serve. One packet makes three batches, four servings each.
