Its SG2 core is clad on each side with 50 alternating layers of nickel and Damascus stainless steel, creating a 101-layer blade with a deep-etched chevron pattern.

Artisans in Seki, Japan hand-finished the blades, sharpening them twice using a traditional honbazuke technique, followed by a whetstone, custom grits and mirror polishing on a leather wheel. It’s Japanese craftsmanship at its finest.
