Baked Chicken with Potatoes and Mushrooms
Serves
Makes 3 to 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. chicken
  • 2 oz. red pepper, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 oz. green pepper, sliced lengthwise
  • 10½ oz. potatoes
  • 3½ oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 3½ oz. red onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • Pinch crushed red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Procedure
Combine ingredients in a Lékué Steam and Roast and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes. Then increase temperature to 450°F and bake for an additional 7 minutes.
