Ingredients
- 3 oz dark chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Procedure
This recipe was designed for the All-Clad Prep & Cook.
Cut the chocolate into pieces. Place all ingredients in the bowl fitted with the whisk. Launch the dessert program at speed 6 at 190°F for 10 minutes.
At the end of the program, divide the cream among ramekins. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
Tip:Make a crème caramel by replacing the chocolate with salted butter caramel cream.
