Cinnamon Honey Nut Butter

Cinnamon Honey Nut Butter
Serves
Makes 2½ cups
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon walnut or canola oil
  • 2 cups walnut halves
  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon


Procedure
Place oil, walnuts and peanuts in pitcher of KitchenAid Torrent Blender. Cover and blend using Variable Low speed until nuts are broken up, stopping and scraping jar as needed, about 1 minute.

Add honey and cinnamon. Cover and blend using Variable Medium speed until mixture is smooth and spreadable, stopping and scraping jar as needed, about 1 minute.

Serve immediately or transfer mixture to a storage container and refrigerate until needed. Keep refrigerated.
