Country Fried Chicken

Country Fried Chicken

Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breasts, skin on, bone in
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise or yogurt


Procedure
Preheat Air Fryer to 350°F.

Clean all chicken breasts and pat dry. Sprinkle spices on each chicken breast.

Brush olive oil onto each chicken breast.

Spread thin layer of mayo or yogurt on skin of breast.

Place chicken in Air Fryer, skin-side up, for approximately 15 minutes.

Check chicken, rotate and cook for another 5 to 8 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
