Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 10 large eggs
- 2½ cups milk
- Pinch of salt
- 12 tbsp butter, melted
Procedure
Mix flour, eggs, and a ½ cup of milk together into a paste. Add the rest of the milk, butter, and salt. Blend till smooth. I like to use a hand blender for this part. Let batter sit in the fridge for a few hours or, even better, overnight.
