Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 4 tbsp (30g) cream cheese
- 4 pieces of lox
- 1 thin sliced red onion
- 2 tbsp (17g) capers
Procedure
Process cucumber with the Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment to make long sheets.
Cut sheet into 5-inch pieces.
Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese onto each piece and top with capers, 1 piece of lox, and red onion.
Roll everything up to make 4 individual cucumber lox rolls.
