Cuisinart 3-Cup Mini-Prep Plus Food Processor in Warm Grey

The stainless steel Auto-Reversing Smart Blade is designed to process both soft and hard foods by reversing direction as it works. That makes it a versatile choice for small tasks like chopping herbs or grinding harder ingredients like cheese.

This 3-cup mini food processor shines when you are working in smaller amounts, like herbs, garlic, onions or nuts. It is also handy for quick dips and sauces when you do not need a full-size processor.

For more control, process in short bursts and check texture as you go, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed with your own utensil. This approach helps you dial in anything from a coarse chop to a finer grind.

Wipe the touchpad clean after use, then remove the parts for washing. The removable parts are dishwasher safe, which helps make cleanup quick after everyday prep.

Yes, the mini food processor is made for tasks like finely grinding hard cheeses. For best results, work in small amounts so ingredients move freely around the blade.
