Double Spicy Honey Hawaiian Pizza

Makes 1 pizza
Ingredients
- ¼ pineapple, peeled and diced
- ½ mango, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- 8 ounces pizza dough, thawed if frozen
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- 4 ounces mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 4 thin slices prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons Bees Knees Spicy Honey, plus more for serving
- Kosher salt and black pepper
Procedure
Preheat grill and pizza stone on high heat.
In a medium bowl, toss pineapple, mango, and jalapeño with a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Stretch pizza dough to roughly 12-inch round. Open grill and carefully lay dough on pizza stone. Spread tomato sauce over dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust, and evenly distribute mozzarella and prosciutto. Grill for 7 to 9 minutes until nicely browned and cheese is bubbling. Remove with a pizza peel or large spatula. Brush crust with Bees Knees Spicy Honey and top pizza with pineapple salsa. Finish with a generous drizzle of Bees Knees Spicy Honey. Slice and serve.
