Garlic and Herb Pull Apart Bread
Serves
12 Servings
Ingredients
4 cups All purpose Flour
1 packet Active Dry Yeast (2 ¼ teaspoon)
3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 cup Milk
½ cup Water
8 Tablespoons Salted Butter
2 teaspoons Sur La Table Italian Herb Seasoning
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
2 T Grated Parmesan
Procedure
In the bowl of the stand mixer, combine 3 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a liquid measuring cup, warm the milk, water, and butter in the microwave in 15 second increments until just warm.

Mix with the paddle attachment for 1-2 minutes or until the ingredients just come together, then add the remaining cup of flour. Switch to the dough hook attachment then mix for 8 minutes on medium speed until the dough comes together.

Add the dough to a medium greased bowl and cover for 10 minutes. While the dough is resting, make the garlic herb seasoning for the bread. Combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic cloves, and parmesan then set aside.

Dump the dough onto a floured surface and cut into similar size pieces and roll into balls. Place the dough into a greased Dutch oven. Generously brush each piece of dough with the garlic herb butter sauce. Cover and let rise for an additional 45 minutes.

Once ready to bake, brush on any additional garlic and herb seasoning. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. If any additional garlic herb sauce remains, pour over the top of the bread, and serve warm. Enjoy!
