Ingredients
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup orange juice
- 1 dried habanero chile
- 1 Tablespoon molasses
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
Procedure
In a small saucepan over med-high heat, combine all ingredients. Simmer for 5 min and strain (discarding the habanero and cloves). Let cool and serve – keeps in refrigerator for a week or more.
