What you will learn
Expand your cooking repertoire with the fabulous flavors of Japan. You'll work alongside other students as your expert chef instructor teaches you about ingredients common in Japanese cuisine and guides you in the preparation of these traditional Japanese dishes. Plus, you'll learn tips and techniques that will have you cooking restaurant-quality dishes for your friends and family in no time.
