Nordic Ware Swirl Bundtlette Pan

The cast aluminum Bundtlette pan is designed for baking petite swirl cakes with a decorative finish built right in. It’s a great choice when you want cakes that look special with minimal effort, whether you serve them plain or add a simple topping.

Cast aluminum is used to help create fine details in the pan’s swirl design. In this pan, that construction supports clean definition so the pattern shows up beautifully on the finished cake.

For best results, prep the cast aluminum Bundtlette pan thoroughly before adding batter. Many bakers use a thin coating of butter or baking spray and take care to reach the curves of the swirl design, then unmold once the cake has cooled slightly.

A light dusting of powdered sugar highlights the swirl pattern and keeps the look classic. You can also use a simple glaze for a glossy finish that settles into the curves of the design.

It’s made by Nordic Ware. The company has produced quality cookware in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with locally sourced materials since 1946.
