Ingredients
- 3 to 4 tablespoon lemon infused olive oil (instead of canola oil)
- ⅓ cup popcorn kernels
- Zest one large lemon
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt (or more to your taste)
Procedure
Place the oil, popcorn and salt in the Pop & Roast Stovetop Snack Maker. Place the pan over medium-high heat (gas), or high heat (electric). When the popcorn begins to pop, begin turning the handle at a slow pace.
Take pot off the stove when the popcorn is finished popping.
Slowly add lemon zest through the portal.
Mix well by turning the hand crank for 1 to 2 minutes.
Pour into bowl and enjoy!
