2.5 Qt Saucepan

3.5 qt is large and awesome...I loaded up on the flat bottom Atlantis saucepans and dutch ovens with my initial purchase, but I love this huge saucier so much I am ordering the 2.75 qt now as well....I realized that it's probably because it's a saucepan...
