The combo cooker uses a frying pan for the lid (Lodge only produces these in the 3 qt size) and I wish they made it in a 5 or 6 qt version as well.

I was using flimsy thin aluminum frozen pie pans reused to make 9" chicken or beef pot pies with pie crust...It is heavy and has a very nice finish. It made my husband a "perfect" apple pie!
