Riveted Handle Pans

I like the shape of the handles and the see-thru lid...I love that you can grab the pot at high heat and the handles are cool to the touch. I?d definitely buy again.

The only issue, the handle could be more comfortable. I used a silicone grip from an old pan and it works ok....The control, heat retention, wide area beat out most aluminum pans on their own. And then you get the benefits of wonderful fond, easy clean...

The pots and pans heat evenly. The handle stays cool after hours of cooking and lids go in the oven (up 400!!...The quality is obvious with heavy gauge steel and strong riveted handles. These pans will give me years of daily use in the kitchen.

Solid pan, heavy handle...The pan great, even temp, sturdy and smooth. The handle is a bit heavy and the has pan tipped on my burner toward the handle....The pans are also an ideal weight and the handles stay cool.

Fry pan CTX Scanpans...My sister absolutely loves these fry pans!...My favorite pan. Cooks beautifully. The pan part is easy to clean however the way the handle is designed makes it impossible to clean.
