We had some wal-mart special scoop that lasted WAY longer that I thought it would. We made some home made ice cream and I was trying to get some out and the chrome plating started coming off, and then the handle broke....Wonderful product.

Besides the benefits listed in the title, USA Pans are very attractive and don't have the muffin cup seals in a place that catches a lot of gunk from cooking like some muffin pans do....I HIGHLY recommend the corrugated heavy bakeware made by USA Pan...

I was worried about how small this 7" basket was, but I made a beautiful loaf yesterday! I make 100% hydration sourdough, which spreads quickly when I put it in to bake, so I wanted it to start out smaller....A fantastic product for making the bread...
