Ingredients
- 2 cups (210 g) roasted, salted cashews
- ½ cup (5 g) sweetened coconut flakes
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) agave
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup (120 g) roasted peanuts
Procedure
Add all ingredients to the Vitamix container in the
order listed and secure the lid.
Select Variable 1, start the machine, and slowly increase to its highest speed.
Blend for 45 seconds, or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
