Cuisine::pro® Damashiro EMPEROR® 3.5" Paring Knife

The Damascus-inspired, hammered tsuchime paring knife is made for precise, close-up tasks where a larger knife can feel unwieldy. Use it for peeling fruit, trimming vegetables, deveining shrimp and scoring citrus.

On this paring knife, the Damascus-inspired pattern and hammered tsuchime finish create a distinctive look that stands out on the cutting board. They are design details that pair nicely with the dark handle for a more refined feel.

This paring knife has a dark walnut pakkawood handle designed for a comfortable feel during small, controlled cuts. It is a good match for prep work where you want a secure grip close to the blade.

A 3.5" paring knife complements your larger prep knives by handling the detailed work they are not built for. It is especially handy for hand-held cutting, quick trimming and finishing touches.

It is a smart choice for cooks who do a lot of fruit and vegetable prep or want more control for small, precise cuts. It also makes an easy upgrade if you are building out a coordinated set from the Damashiro Emperor collection.
