Les Moulins Mahjoub Organic Harissa Spread is made from sundried ground peppers, garlic, cardamon, salt, coriander, and extra virgin olive oil. This from another site on the internet, as I don't have the jar on hand. This is an excellent product. I tried another Harissa and it doesn't come close to this.
