RSVP Perforated Colanders, 5 qt.

A stainless steel colander is made for everyday rinsing and draining, from pasta and beans to fruits and vegetables. The perforated grid helps water move through smoothly, and the elevated base supports more complete drainage in the sink.

This stainless steel colander is available in 3-qt. and 5-qt. options. Choose the smaller size for quick rinsing and daily prep or the larger size when you are draining bigger batches.

The perforated grid is designed for quick flow-through when rinsing or draining. If you regularly strain very small grains or fine ingredients, a finer-mesh strainer can be a better match for that task.

Yes. The colander sits above the sink or countertop surface, which helps liquid run out freely instead of pooling underneath. It also keeps food lifted while it finishes draining.

Rinse promptly after draining starchy foods, then wash with mild soap and a nonabrasive sponge or brush to reach the perforations. Dry after cleaning to keep the stainless steel looking its best, and follow any care directions that come with your colander.
