Scanpan Professional Lid, 14"

A stainless steel lid is ideal when you want to keep heat and moisture in the pan for more flavorful results. It is especially helpful for simmering, gentle cooking and keeping foods warm between steps.

Choose the lid that matches your pan’s diameter at the rim. Since this is a universal lid style, the right diameter will fit any pan of the same size, not just one specific pan shape.

The slightly domed shape gives a bit more space above the food, which is handy for ingredients that rise or sit high in the pan. It also supports moisture retention as your recipe cooks.

The bar handle is designed for easy lifting and quick checks during cooking. Like most metal lids, it can get hot on the stovetop, so use a dry towel, hot pad or mitt when removing it.

Yes, as long as the diameter matches your pan. These are universal lids, so they are designed to work with any cookware that has the same diameter opening.
