I am left handed and have found that many slicers are really meant to be used right handed. Are the groves in both sides of the knife?

As far as I can tell the blade looks evenly sharpened and the handle feels the same in both right and left hand. I’ve only had it a few weeks but it is amazingly sharp and feels well-built though the handle is not as polished as I would have expected for the price. That being said, still very happy with purchase.
