Sur La Table 4-in-1 Egg Slicer

The chrome-plated egg slicer is designed to slice eggs into four shapes: rounds, ovals, wedges or matchsticks. Choose the cut that fits what you are making, from layered sandwiches to finer pieces for egg salad.

The chrome-plated egg slicer is ideal for making sandwiches, garnishes and egg salads. It is a quick way to add egg to salads and other dishes when you want clean-looking pieces with minimal prep.

For the cleanest results, start with peeled eggs and place the egg squarely in the slicer before pressing down in one smooth motion. If you are making egg salad, using the matchsticks or wedge cut can help you get a more even mix.

Rounds and ovals are great for stacking on sandwiches or adding to composed salads. Wedges work well for hearty garnishes, while matchsticks are a smart option when you want smaller pieces for egg salad-style mixes.

Wash the chrome-plated egg slicer soon after use so food does not dry on the cutting area. Use warm, soapy water, rinse well and dry thoroughly before storing.
