Sur La Table Reversible Cutting Board, 16" x 12" in Walnut

The walnut cutting board is made for everyday chopping, slicing and general food preparation. Use the grooved side when you want help managing runoff from juicy ingredients, then flip to the flat side for routine prep.

A reversible cutting board lets you choose the surface that matches the task. Reach for the juice groove side for messier ingredients and switch to the flat side when you want an open, even work area.

The juice groove is there to help catch liquids at the edges while you cut and carve. It can help keep your work surface tidier when you are working with foods that release a lot of moisture.

This board is finished in mineral oil, which helps bring out the look of the walnut and supports the surface for kitchen use. Over time, the finish may naturally change with use, which is typical for wood boards.

This reversible cutting board is a useful gift for home cooks, new homeowners and anyone upgrading their everyday prep tools. The walnut look makes it feel special while still being practical for daily use.
