Sur La Table Stainless Steel Mandoline

The stainless steel mandoline slicer is ideal for fast fruit and vegetable prep when you want consistent results. Use it for round slices of apples or for julienned carrots, plus everyday slicing tasks that can take time with a knife.

The mandoline is designed so you can choose from built-in slice options instead of swapping blades. That makes it easy to move from standard slices to julienne cuts as you prep different ingredients.

Yes. The stainless steel mandoline slicer is a great way to quickly slice produce for salads, slaws and simple garnishes when you want pieces that look uniform and cook or marinate evenly.

A mandoline uses a very sharp blade, so it requires extra care. Work slowly, keep your fingers clear of the cutting surface and consider using a cut-resistant glove or hand guard for added confidence.

For best results, follow the care directions included with your stainless steel mandoline slicer. However you clean it, handle the blade carefully and take your time around the cutting area.
