Salmon Kabobs

Salmon Kabobs
Serves
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 8 ea Bamboo Skewers 6-inch
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Unsalted White Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1.5 pounds Pacific Salmon Fillet 1.25 to 1.50 inch thick fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 whole Fresh Eureka Lemon very thin rounds
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
Procedure
Soak skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.

Combine spice ingredients in a small bowl (Oregano, Sesame Seeds, Ground Cumin, & Crushed Red Pepper). Set aside.

Cut salmon into cube shapes. Cut lemon into thin slices.

Beginning & ending with salmon, layer salmon & folded lemon slices onto 8 skewers.

Lightly brush the skewers with oil & season with salt and spice mixture.

Cook at 400 F for 8 to 9 minutes, checking occasionally.

Serve & enjoy!

Tip: For best results, work in 2 batches. The second batch may cook quicker than the first batch since the AirFryer is preheated!
