Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 (4-ounce) beef tenderloin steaks, trimmed (approximately 1-inch thick)
  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup finely chopped shallots
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1½ tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Procedure
Preheat Air Fryer to 320°F.

Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over steaks.

Combine liquid ingredients, spoon over steaks and sprinkle with parsley and shallots.

Place all four steaks in an oven-safe dish in the Air Fryer and cook for approximately 8 minutes or until steak is cooked to preference.
