The wood used in our line of beechwood tools is sourced in Germany from the finest raw material. Fabrication of each piece features seven distinct steps, including individual attention by a skilled wood craftsman to ensure a perfect finish: the natural beauty of the wood combined with the organic shape results in a classic kitchen tool that will be the treasure of any cook. These tools are all-natural without coating or varnish and will develop a patina with use, but can be preserved and protected with wood oil or food-grade mineral oil, as desired.
