French Cooking Classes For Beginners

Everything was hands on from preparing the dough, shaping the butter, rolling and filling the croissants, a fun class! And plenty to take home to share....The class was the highlight of our trip! Thank you chef!

Pros: fun, process, enjoyment

This isn't a class I'd recommend for beginners. I've taken several similar classes where I learned techniques like making caramel and tempering chocolate, both of which Chef Karen demonstrated for us rather than having us try ourselves.
