I thought that this was going to make stripping herbs easier but it is so difficult to use that it would be faster for me to do it by hand....It works great with any herb. Love it....Herb mill

Herb Scissors trial by error...Herb scissors were ok but trying to get slices from scissors into herb tray was too much trouble. ...Herb shears are great!...I have always wanted herb shears and purchased one for me and one for my daughter in law.
