Metal Handle Pans

I like the shape of the handles and the see-thru lid...The handles do heat up so caution is necessary. Highly recommend!

The lips are a little lower than most other skillets be used (maybe two-ish inches) but since I use them mostly for frying / searing it works out fine. Since they have metal handles they're good to go from the range too top to the oven no problem....Nice...

Aesthetics aren't everything, but the brass handles with the blue exterior add a visual pop to the assortment...

Great Cast Iron Pan...I have arthritic hands and the two loop handles are easier for me to use than a long handle/loop combo....I prefer the handles on each side, instead of trying to lift heavy cast iron with one long handle.

Slowly switching everything out from nonstick to stainless. The pans are wonderful. If you're cooking items that take quite a while (like caramelized onions) the handles to get hot but that's to be expected....I need to write a bigger review than this...
